This demonstrates a severe and consequential lack of understanding of the issue and severity of the abuse. Ms. Casas is being abused by third parties who do not have rights to use her content without her consent, and which parties are operating illegally on your platform in violation of her property and IP rights, and in serious and repeated breach of the PornHoard Terms of Service, all in violation of her personal and commercial rights, including but not limited to: The impersonating accounts claiming to be Ms. Casas and sharing intimate and sexually explicit media of her without her permission, as well as posting and sharing intimate media of her engaging in private sexual conduct; The images and videos on these accounts were stolen and shared without her consent; Direct solicitation and offer for sale through direct messages of stolen property which involves intimate and sexually explicit images and videos of Ms. Casas without her consent; and, among other things, The operators of these accounts have illegally publicized her private and personal identity with the stolen content in an abusive and unconsented manner. Until this matter is resolved, Ms. Casas is obliged to prepare legal action against PornHoard.com, and any users she is able to identify, particularly but not exclusively until PornHoard.com is successful in aiding Ms. Casas in taking down the illegal and abusive accounts and content permanently, including the links associated with “Zayla Skye” from the PornHoard platform.
